Our Family
The Bird is run by siblings Tyler, Clint, and McKell Maddox, who grew up working at their family's restaurant, C&B Maddox Famous Chicken in Layton, Utah. We focus on simple, fresh, and affordable comfort food. Our menu features gourmet chicken tenders, bites, real mashed potatoes, mac n’ cheese, coleslaw, veggies, and fresh-baked cornpones with raspberry butter. We also offer a self-serve sauce bar and the Family Feast—perfect for busy families, even picky eaters!
